A high-end kitchen is one of the most complex spaces in a home to engineer. For many, the design process begins can feel overwhelming, often involving scrolling through thousands of reference images without knowing which layout actually fits their needs, nor visually connects with them.
We believe your home should be a thoughtfully crafted mirror of how you live. That is why we developed the Kitchen Persona Navigator: a specialized online kitchen planner designed to decode your lifestyle parameters before your first consultation even begins.
Why We Built Our Online Kitchen Planner
We created this tool to streamline the formulation of your private design brief. Often, there can be a disconnect between how you want to feel in your space and what elements would be required to achieve it.
This tool will help guide you through some of the more technical details you might not be familiar with, giving you a closer look at the choices available to you, while also inviting you to identify both your baseline functional needs, as well as your aesthetic preferences. Ultimately, the process will help ensure that when you sit down with our designers, we immediately have a clearer picture of your dream vision.
Feel free to run through the process more than once as your ideas evolve. Exploring different paths can reveal new design directions, which we hope will serve as inspiring foundations for your project.
How the Discovery Process Works
Our online kitchen planner, the Kitchen Persona Navigator, is a streamlined, 12-question discovery process. It breaks your daily habits and aesthetic preferences down into four actionable pillars:
- Soul (Style): Does the room exist for the quiet reflection of a morning espresso, or is it the stage for high-energy weekend gatherings? We help you identify the foundations of your space.
- Mood (Color): We move beyond basic color swatches to define the visual language, emotional temperature, and lighting interaction of the room.
- Flow (Shape): This helps us get a better idea of which layout would be best for your needs. We want to make sure that both the space as a whole, and the ergonomics work for you, not against you.
- Touch (Finish): We define what texture and sensory experience aligns best with your needs. This determines whether you require the light-absorbing, velvet feel of our matte, anti-fingerprint fronts or the robust texture of natural stone and wood.
Think of the Kitchen Persona Navigator as your digital showroom consultation, like how you would work alongside our designers in person in comparing physical color, material, and texture swatches. It helps clarify your preferences to equip you with an initial layer of guidance and direction.
Your Personalized Design Profile
Upon completing the questions from our online kitchen planner, you will receive a tailored Design Profile based on your unique score.
You will receive a clear framework outlining your specific design style (such as Modern Minimalist or Natural Cottage), your ideal color palette, your most efficient spatial layout, and recommended surface materials.
If your answers indicate a tie between two distinct styles, the tool will highlight both, giving us a highly specific starting point for our design discussions.
Bridging Technology and Expert Human Design
While our online kitchen planner provides a strong foundation for us, it is not meant to be a replacement for human expertise.
Rather, it should do two things: first, act as a way for you to explore and learn more about your own character and kitchen needs, and secondly, allow our team to prepare efficiently for your in-showroom consultation.
When we take your results, we fully realize that this is just a starting point. Regardless, our team will work closely with you to make sure that your exact vision, not just one that has been estimated by our tool, is brought to life.
Every step of the way, our team will make sure to apply our technical knowledge of German manufacturing to troubleshoot any structural constraints that might arise, refine your material selections, and elevate the initial concept in a way that is uniquely yours.
