Harmonizing Modern and Natural Design in Toscana Valley

Hidden by the beautiful landscape of Khao Yai’s Toscana Valley, this kitchen is designed to streamline functionality while showcasing aesthetics that serve as a centerpiece – this is achieved through the striking contrast between dark supermatt fronts and rich wood tones, blending sleek German engineering with organic textures.

Project Concept

Overview

The client envisioned a kitchen that would complement the villa’s architecture, opting for a “timelessly modern” look that would create intrigue, all while maximizing functionality for both daily use and social gatherings. German Kitchen Design brought this vision to life by selecting a combination of deep matte black cabinetry, brushed steel textures, and warm oak elements.

The interplay of these materials ensures a sophisticated but welcoming environment, enhanced with thoughtful lighting.

Location Toscana Valley, Khao Yai.

Fronts TOUCH in black supermatt brings a bold velvety aesthetic that exudes contemporary sophistication, minimizing fingerprints for a pristine look. This is interplayed with INOX’s brushed steel reproduction, subtly textured for an industrial-chic effect that adds depth to the design. Finally, STRUCTURA in nero oak reproduction acts as the bridge for both with its rich, dark oak finish, cohesively unifying the space with its warmth and organic feel. This intentional mix of fronts serves to match Toscana’s existing design themes across the space.

Worktop & Backsplash While the client purchased their own worktop and backsplash, German Kitchen Design worked closely with them to ensure both a cohesion in design and their overall vision was brought to life.

Personalization An extra section of open shelving was provided to accommodate the client’s porcelain collection, which acts as both a point of intrigue and unique, personalized backdrop for the kitchen space.
